Effect of Silicon on the Development of Dollar Spot in Rough Bluegrass, UF-IFAS


Adriana Espinosa

Adriana Espinosa worked as a research assistant in the UF Plant Pathology Department to evaluate silicon amendments for management of Dollar Spot caused by the fungus Sclerotinia homeocarpa in Rough Bluegrass. She demonstrated that two different silicon materials were effective in reducing the disease.
